This pattern is at the advanced beginner level.

If you can do knit, purl, K2tog, psso (pass the slipped stitch over), sl (slip), yfwd (yarn forward - front of work, closest to you), and sew your work up with mattress stitch then you should have no problems.

This list may seem daunting if you can really only do knit and purl, but if you are willing to take the plunge and move on from scarves, then this pattern is for you!
