TOMOMI is worked seamlessly from the top down. It starts at the shoulders with a provisional winding cast on. Back and both front pieces are knitted to underarm length in check pattern, then joined together and worked on final length. Sleeve stitches are picked up and worked in the round. Front edge is shaped by 3 stitches in rib pattern, the rear neckline is bind off with an Icord.

2 circular needles of at least 32 inch (80cm) and dpns (or magic loop) US9 (5,5 mm) and US7 (4,5 mm), or needle size required to obtain gauge.
1 circular needles 32 inch (80cm) US2.5 (3mm) for the provisional winding cast on.

GAUGE:

17 sts x 22 rows in stockinette stitch on larger needles, for 4 x 4 inch (10 x 10 cm), gauge washed.
