I designed this hat for my husband. He is a construction worker, and requested a hat that had a snug fit…so that he could wear it under his Hard Hat. He also requested a hat using ‘MAN COLORS’… :-D!!

He simply loves this design! Warm, soft and hard wearing…it gets softer with each wash! Zealana Rimu yarn is AMAZING!

This pattern is knit in the round using Magic Loop, 16 inch circular needles or DPNs if you prefer.

The pattern motif is stranded colorwork.
