The cowl is knit flat a scarf, with a provisional cast on. It is then folded with a half twist and joined together with Kitchener stitch. This is a quick and easy project to work on for a gift and can be completed over the weekend. US 10 (6.0 mm) straight needles
6.0mm crochet hook (for provisional cast on)
