Add a bit of lace to your wardrobe with this unique Tonnta Lightweight Scarf free crochet pattern. Light and airy, this chevron texture beauty is a neck accessory you won’t be able to take off.

Light enough to wear on a spring or summer’s day, but long enough to be looped twice for extra warmth, it’s destined to be one of your favorites crochet neck accessories.

Although this lightweight scarf crochet free pattern looks complicated, it’s a relatively easy to master. It’s a perfect crochet project for crocheters who are looking for more practice with lace.

The pattern uses US crochet terminology and includes STITCH CHART. You can also find the video tutorial on my blog or on my YouTube channel.

Materials & Tools:
1. Yarn Requirements: Lace weight yarn, approx. 1470m.

Suggested Yarn:
Lace Ball 100 by Schoppel-Wolle, 100% wool - merino.

1. Hook size 2.5mm. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
2. Tapestry needle (to weave and hide yarn ends).
3. Scissors.

Level: Intermediate.

Gauge after blocking:
For a swatch of 85 chains and 24 rows the length is 22.5cm/8.9” and the width is 20cm/7.9”.

Gauge is not crucial for this project. However, changes might result in a different yardage requirements and the finished size.

Size after blocking:
One size, adjustable: 176cm x 39cm (69.3”x15.4”).
