Tookie the Turkey - 7 Page PDF

Tookie just loves looking after his friends. Its that time of year when gathering with loved ones and sitting down to enjoy a great meal together and sharing stories of life and love.

This PDF includes the written instructions in US terms, with step-by-step photos detailing how to make the pieces to finish your creations. When made with DK weight yarn (sample made in Stylecraft Special DK) and a 2.0mm hook, the finished birds will measure around 20cm/8” tall.

The project can be made using any weighted yarn, just adjust the hook size to match your choice.

You’ll need to know how to:

• make a Magic Ring or a chain 2 equivalent
• work in a round
• single crochet
• double crochet
• increase/decrease
• half double crochet
• front/back loop only
• slip stitch

You will need the following materials:

Yarn: Stylecraft Special Dk (8ply) - Acrylic - 100g/295m/323 yards
Tookie the Turkey: 1 ball of each colour (you won’t need full balls): Stone 1710, Citron 1263, Walnut 1054, Matador 1010 and Dark Brown 1004.
