Tootles is about 9 in tall (21 cm) turtle that you can easily create if you are familiar with crocheting in the round and doing the following stitches: single crochet, chain stitch, slip stitch and half-double crochet. Note that size is dependent on yarn & hook chosen.

Materials needed:

• about 3 oz worsted weight yarn, body color
• about 1 oz worsted weight yarn, shell color
• small amount of black yarn for facial features
• polyester fiberfill
• size F crochet hook
• tapestry needle for sewing
