Is designed flat, but once you get the increase positioning down it’s easy enough to adapt to round knitting and alternate gauges.

Note as of April 21, 2012: I have hopefully made some tweaks to the way the instructions were written that will make it clearer to understand. I have also added a chart and instructions for working this in the round.
