The Spottswood Top Hat Pattern can range from funky to conservative.
The pattern allows you to adjust the sizes ranging from adult extra small to larger size heads.
It also includes the pattern for the loopy flower in two sizes, felted and non felted.
The Spottswood uses approximately 125 yards of super bulky yarn. I use Lion Brand Quick and Thick yarn. It’s a great yarn in wonderful colors, is not a strain on the pocketbook and can usually be found at your local craft or fabric store
This is the perfect hat for the advanced beginner. Stitches used are: slip stitch(sl.st.), single crochet (sc.), decrease (dec.), and increase (inc.). That’s it!!!!
