This little crocheted blanket pattern is suitable for all levels of experience.

If you are a beginner and have some experience of the basics and want to try a new stitch this would be perfect.

The crochet stitch is like topsy turvy solid shells. It is a two row repeat pattern.

The border is simple moss stitch with a row of shells to finish.

The size for this pattern is approximately 62cm (24.5”) x 76cm (30”) including the border. Instructions are given for increasing the size if you wish.

I have used Bella Baby 8ply yarn which is super soft however any suitable 8ply soft yarn would be ok as gauge is not important. I used 358g of yarn from four x 400g balls.
