Two colors are needed to knit this shawl. One color of fingering weight merino wool with one color of lace weight mohair silk. This stars as a triangular shawl worked from side-to-side; yet, with the help of German Short Rows and the texture added by the mohair yarn, the shape shifts into a tornado. The shawl is finished with simple garter row stripes.
