TORRETTA SILK SKIRT - a chic plain coloured skirt in silk/linen/cotton - a wonderful blend. The skirt is worked in rounds downwards from the waist. The top of the skirt is slightly formed regarding tailoring principles. At the top is space as a tube for putting inside an elastic band for the waist. Beautiful and a smart design to wear with a shirt, a jumper like GENEVIEVE or a top like ELISABETTA - both patterns are available on Ravelry.

Waist: ca. 76 - 80 - 86 - 96 - 109 cm (in: 30 - 31.5 - 33.75 - 37.75 - 43) - the width to adjust with an elastic band
Hip: 90 - 98 - 110 - 120 - 134 cm (in: 35.5 - 38.5 - 43.25 - 47.25 - 52.25)
Length: 52 - 53 - 53 - 55 - 56 cm (in: 20.5 - 20.75 - 20.75 - 21.75 - 22)
Yarn: this design applies for a 5-ply silk/linen/cotton, 50 g = ca. 115 meters. To use in total 250 - 300 - 400 - 450 - 550 g.
The original model was made in SETA, 100 % bourette silk (50 g = 240 meters) worked together with the lace-weight linen/cotton (50 g = 350 meters) LINO COTONE 1/7000. To use a little more of the silk than of the linen/cotton.
Both yarns from Campolmi Filati in Florence (Firenze), Italy.
The model is good also in pure cotton.
