Tortellini Purse
Stuff your own pasta with the essentials and hit the town with your very own portable, squishable tortellini purse. Tortellini are my favorite pasta. I’m so obsessed with the shape of these cuties, and I always wanted a purse that looks like one. In preparation for designing this pattern, I watched a bunch of Italian nonnas on YouTube demonstrate their pasta shaping methods. It’s an art in itself!
Yarns:
Worsted cotton yarn (I used Dishie by KnitPicks, their color names are in parentheses)
• Beige (Creme Brulee) 240 yards (3 balls of Dishie)
A note about yarns:
You are welcome to use whatever sturdy yarn you desire. I highly suggest a cotton worsted weight as it will result in a durable and structured bag.
