Touch of Fair Isle Socks
by Terry Morris
Just a small amount of stranded color work
(Fair Isle) patterning gives these socks a
special touch. The ankle area is worked in 1x1
ribbing to give a snug fit. Try your own mix of
colors to make a pair of socks that are
uniquely yours. The heel construction is the
traditional flap & gusset method.
