This warm merino cardigan is knitted in the beautiful deep forrest-green hues of Malabrigo Worsted VAA.
Using a technique called the double brioche stockinette stitch, creating a texture of woven “diamonds” on the front side, and (almost magically) stockinette-like stitches on the back side. Hence my project name while working on this was “the magic weave” pattern.
Surprisingly it is not a very difficult stitch, your fingers will very quickly get the hang of it!
