Toxic Nappy Pants
Nappy pants, or ‘soakers’ as they are known in the States, are a brilliant practical project for those with babies to knit for.
As a mum myself, I know the joys of nappies and their hazardous contents all too well, and these ‘danger’ and ‘toxic’ intarsia motifs will amuse and delight new parents.
You can use any DK weight yarn that is comfortable for baby. If you use natural fibres such as wool and cotton, your pants will also be absorbent, win! Just make sure the yarn you choose, can be thrown in the washing machine.
