This hat is knit holding two strands of worsted weight yarn together as one, for a quick-knitting, warm hat. I have chosen a rich teal blue and white to suggest the choppy sea and scudding clouds of our Maine Atlantic coast, but please allow your creativity to blossom, choosing your own yarns and colorways. This is an easy and fun hat to knit. I used magic loop for the decreases, and used a knitted cast on. Use any method you prefer.
