The Trail of Tranquility Hat is a reversible semi-slouchy beanie with opaque color design and slightly different pattern on both sides.

The hat is worked bottom up, starting with a decorative cast on for two-color double knitting. The wide brim is then knitted in two contrasting colors simultaneously. The two colors are then separated, and each side of the hat is finished on its own. A mosaic (slipped stitch pattern) is implemented after the brim to transition the design to the contrasting color. One side of the hat is then worked in a textured pattern up to the crown. The other side is in stockinette for smooth fit and extra warmth.
