Train Engine
by Kerri Brown
A free version is also available.
This is the pattern for a train engine appliqué. I do have this pattern available for free on my linked website if you would prefer that option. The link is down below, but I’ve made it available for people to download as well for $1 on Ravelry.
This is part of a train series that I’ve designed which you can get individually or as a set.
There is also a video tutorial for the pattern available on my YouTube channel at Crochet Train Engine Tutorial.
I’ve used 4 ply cotton and a 1.25mm crochet hook but you can use different sizes depending on what you’re most comfortable with.
-
Small amounts of desired colours of cotton or wool. I used 4 colours.
-
A crochet hook.
-
Scissors.
-
Sewing needle.
-
Darning needle.
