“Tramonto sul Mare” è uno scialle dalla forma semicircolare con una balza con tante punte, la sua forma mi ricorda il sole che scende sulla linea del mare blu, con tutte le sue sfumature e sfaccettature fino a sparire.
E’ uno scialle top down, parte dal collo con una costruzione semicircolare allungata con aumenti sia nei ferri di andata che di ritorno.
Per accentuare la rotondità sono stati inseriti dei ferri accorciati.
La balza ha cinque punte che si sviluppano a spicchio rispetto alla prima parte semicircolare e termina con 3 file di buchini decorativi, per concludersi con una chiusura a picot corti.

“Sunset at the seaside” is a semicircular shawl whose edge is adorned by many little tips. Its shape looks like the sun going beyond the blue sea line with all its shades till it disappears under the horizon.
It is a top-down worked shawl, studied starting from the neck and having an elongated semicircular construction. Increases are worked in the right side as well as in the wrong one. In order to emphasize its round shape, some short rows have been worked in.
The flounce is made of five tips growing like wedges compared with the first semicircular portion. It ends with 3 rows decorative little holes and a short picot bind off.
