These are simple, fast ruffled cuffs, which can look good with a range of outfits (or costume pieces). There are 2 variations, one with a ribbed cuff and one that is solely the ruffled portion, which can be worn over another pair of gloves, or for us that may not want the added warmth of the wrist covered.
