Transitions is the perfect seasonal garment.
You can wear it over a tank top, t-shirt or dress like a shrug.
Or if you have a sexy stomach, then show it off by just wearing Transitions by itself.
This pullover is worked in one seamless piece, join-as-you-go, from the top down and instructions are included to customize this piece to your body shape. It can be worked in a summer yarn (such as linen, a linen mix or cotton) or in fingering weight yarn (such as sock yarn) or a sport weight yarn at a slightly looser gauge to give it a nice drape.
Sizes:
XXS (XS, S, M, L1)(L2, XL, 2XL, 3XL) – to fit 32 (34, 36, 38, 40)(42, 44, 48, 52)” chest /to fit 81 (86, 91, 97, 102) (107, 112, 122, 132) cm chest
Yarn:
Anzula Vera (65% Silk, 35% Linen)(365 yds/333 m per 115 g skein) – 2 (3, 3, 3, 3)(3, 3, 4, 4) skeins or approx. 730 (800, 850, 900, 950)(1000, 1090, 1200, 1300) yds/ 665 (735, 780, 825, 870)(920, 1000, 1100, 1190) m
Gauge:
22 sts = 4”/10 cm in stockinette stitch on larger sized needles, after blocking. Note: Row gauge is not critical for this piece.
Needles:
US 5 (3.75 mm) circular 16” & 32’’ needle & DPN (if not using magic loop) IMPORTANT, use the size needles that gets gauge
US 4 (3.5 mm) circular 32” needle & DPN (if not using magic loop)
Optional: U.S. 0 (2 mm) circular 24” needles – used only to pick up stitches.
Notions:
Two spare circular needles, size US 4 (3.5 mm) or smaller,
scrap yarn or spare needle to hold stitches, stitch markers, hook stitch markers, tapestry needle
