The pattern is for the Transport Play Mat / Picnic Blanket / Tidy Bag

Little ones will love the variety of transport themes on the play mat and once they are all worn out you can cover them with the play mat and use it as a blanket or sit them down to a picnic on it.

Alternatively, if you add a cord you can use it as a tidy bag and simply pull it closed leaving all the toys neatly tidied away inside and ready for next time!

Great for playing in the garden, taking on a picnic to keep the little ones busy or even just playing inside at home!

Recommeded yarn weight is Aran (Worsted Weight) which makes this blanket a whooping 122cm in diameter (almost 5m in circumference).

Uses a variety of crochet techniques including colour changes, surface crochet, back post stitches (on the penultimate round only) and loop stitch.
