When I watched the movie Transsiberian, I was so taken with the hat Emily Mortimer wore as the thrilling adventure played out, I had to copy it and make one for myself. I published a clumsy, written out pattern on my blog in 2009, and now I’ve finally cleaned up the instructions, fixed the error in the decreases and included a chart. Eventually, I’ll reknit this and take some more pictures. My original Transsiberian hat has, alas, been lost!
