Sometimes the path we take to get where we are going isn’t as straightforward as we expected. Why not embrace it and enjoy traveling that crooked path? This is a sideways asymmetrical triangle-shaped shawl pattern with crooked lines of eyelets to break up the garter stitch body. It’s completely reversible. When knitted with a beautiful hand dyed fingering weight yarn, the end result is a light and airy one-skein shawl to help you travel that path in the most stylish of ways.

This pattern uses one skein of Malabrigo Mechita and the colour shown here is Dried Orange.

Pattern includes list of abbreviations, diagram, and written instructions.

Finished measurements: Approximately 19 inches (49 cm) wide at middle and 60 inches (152 cm) long, blocked.

Skills required: increasing, decreasing, picot bind-off, blocking. Stitches used: k, p, kfb, k2tog, SKP, yo.
