The Traverse traveler’s mug cozy is a versatile accessory whose size can be easily adjusted to fit most containers. The leather strap with carabiner clip keeps your mug secure no matter how rocky the road you’re travelling. The mug cozy will fit containers ranging in circumference from 22-28 cm of varying height. The pictured travel mugs measure 23 cm in circumference and 11 cm (8 oz. mug) and 18 cm (16 oz. mug) in height. Leather straps were cut to a length of 25.5 cm for both.

Other materials needed:

• Leather strap; 1 cm wide cut to 2.5 cm longer than mug circumference with two holes punched in either end of the strap (check with your local craft store or shoe repair shop, they might even punch the holes for you!). OR you could substitute a knitted icord (not in instructions) or some other cord-like material.
• Carabiner clip to fit the holes in the leather strap
