Tread is a wonderfully soft and snugly double loop cowl which combine classic cables with elegant lace for something wonderfully feminine and unique. Easily adjustable in length you could knit this shorter to be a cute single wrap cowl or make it longer and wrap it round and round and round…

The pattern includes needle size, yarn volume used, gauge, measurements and number of repeats for both Aran and DK weight yarns. It would also look awesome in a heavy fingering weight or a sport weight, just adjust the needle size to suit (and consider doing more repeats to maintain width).

This pattern is both fully written and charted and has been test knit.
