Treasure Beach
This is the perfect shawl to work with your favorite skein of gradient yarn, or to find a new favorite. For this shawl, Treasure Beach is a sunny blue sky with ever-stretching golden sands – the perfect day at the beach. What colors will inspire your shawl?
Treasure Beach is a lacy crescent-shaped shawl formed from three wedges. This shawl is knitted from the top down, starting with a garter tab. The unique construction and design allows the spines of the wedges to be visible in the stockinette sections, but then to disappear in the patterned lace sections. The sample was knit with a gradient colorway that softly transitioned its colors from cast-on through bind-off, adding an extra design element.
