What if you could take dozens of short lengths of gorgeous-but-nearly-unusable scrap yarn, knit them up into a simple and stunning shawl, and only have to weave in two ends when you’re done?

While it may sound like magic, it’s actually made possible by one quick and easy join.

This pattern includes Cate’s Clasp Weft Join, and is designed for use with Infinite Twist Treasure Cakes, which are 600 yard gradient put-ups of Helix, our best-selling yarn.

Easy enough for new knitters, and perfectly potato-chippy with color changes every few rows, this shawl is easy to knit without the pattern after the first few rows making it perfect for social knitting or travel.
