Figured I’d add the charts I like, so other people can do them if they wish. My colorwork needs a lot of improving, but this was only my 2nd or so try.
You can use it with whatever technique you prefer. Fair isle, intarsia, duplicate stitching, etc.
All you need is 2 different colors of yarn. Some suggestions: brown or black or tan for the tree, blue, yellow, orange, purple, red, or any variegated of the aforementioned would work beautifully for the background. Maybe even add a few flecks of white for a snowflake look. :)
