Knit from the bottom up on a standard gauge knitting machine with ribber as a rectangle then seamed on the purl side.

Skills needed include ribber cast-on; 1 x 1 rib; transferring stitches from the ribber bed to the main bed; full needle rib; reading charts; hand sewn bind off and reverse stockinette (purl side) seaming. Video links and book references are provided for most skills needed.
