These gloves are a perfect introduction to colour work - using just 2 colours in a row. Each glove is made as a simple rectangle. The pattern uses only knit and purl stitches – in stocking stitch and a double rib.

The pattern was inspired by my garden in the autumn and a lovely auction-find quilt from the 1930s.

Finished Size
To fit a medium-sized adult hand - the finished glove measures approximately 10 cm wide x 20 cm long and stretches to fit.
Yarn
4 x 50g balls of Knitpicks Palette Fingering/4 ply weight. We used Orange (A), Almond (B), Caper (C) and Brindle Heather (D). You only need approximately 10 metres of Yarn D.
Needles
A pair of 3.00 mm needles (UK 11) (US 2.5)
