SKILLS
To knit this shawl you need to know how to knit and
purl, long-tail cast on, increases and decrease.

CONSTRUCTION
Trekantet means triangle in Norwegian. The shawl is
knitted from the center outwards, increasing at the
ends and central part to achieve a triangular shape.
The stitch graphic is a multiple of 8 stitches and is
knitted in a mirror image from one side of the shawl
to the other.

YARN:
Organic cotton detox, L, Casasol Filicor, 100%
cotton. (200 g/ 400m): 2 cones ecru.

NEEDLES
5,5mm circular needles with a cable length 100 cm,
or the required needle size to obtain gauge.
2 markers
Tapestry needle to weave in ends.
Scissors
SIZE:
200 x 97 cm after bloking

GAUGE:
20 stitches and 25 rows in 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4”) in
stockinette stitch, without blocking. Gauge is not
essencial to this project, but keep in mind that knitting
at another gauge will alter the size one by one shawl
ant the yarn consumption.
