Trellis Blooms
When spring finally comes, vines start to make their way up the trellis outside our front door. But it never seems to happen gradually – one day, there’s nothing there; then the next day, there’s a beautiful vine with delicate blossoms that has taken hold.
The spray of flowers climbing the trellis is beautifully represented by an alternating, easy-to-memorize lace motif. A colorful spring yarn adds brightness during transitional weather, and a silk and wool blend creates an accessory that drapes beautifully without being overly warm. Please note that the sample used all but one yard of a 232-yard skein.
Pattern is both fully written and charted.
