Slightly long straight silhouette cardigan with ~ 7-10% of positive ease with V-neck and lace print.
Cardigan is knit in a one piece with minor seaming:
• Work main body bottom-up flat up to armhole shaping, then finish back & 2 front panels separately
• Block the piece and seam the shoulders together
• Knit the sleeves top-down and ribbed cuffs to match the hem.
YARN: DK-weight yarn with merino wool and cotton content in 3 contrast colors ~150m/164yds per 50g/1.76oz)
The yardage for your size is provided in the table below.
The sample was knit out of Every Day @Aurayarns (35% merino, 65% Bamboo) 150m/164yds per 50g/1.76oz) in size M
Color 1: Beige, Color 2: Pink, Color 3: Green.
NEEDLES:
• Main: 4mm/US6 (or size to get stockinette gauge) circulars on a 40-100cm/16-40” cable, depending on the size worked + DPNs for the sleeves, if you prefer them to magic loop (for magic loop take 1 size larger needles);
• Smaller: 3mm/US2.5 (or size to get garter gauge) 60 cm/24” circulars (or straights) for the yoke and same cable length as the main ones for the I-cords.
NOTIONS: waste yarn, crochet hook, stitch markers, stitch holders, row counter, tape measure, tapestry needle, scissors; 5 buttons
