This cute little pouch is the perfect size for a ball of South Maid crochet cotton… and just a wonderful little size and shape all around! I love this little pouch and I can guarantee you that I will be using it a lot! This can be made with any yarn, but I used trellis yarn with worsted weight, held together to create a strong and unique texture. It’s almost rag-rug like. I call it a basket pouch because it has the shape and characteristics of a basket, but is quite small, hence the pouch part. I want to make one with heavier yarn and see how it works!
