Trembling Poplar (Populus temuloides) is also known as Mountain Aspen or Golden Aspen. Trembling Poplar is an important tree in southern Alberta’s aspen biome - The white bark with black knots of the trunks of the trees in a Trembling Poplar grove create a unique contrasting pattern, which is the inspiration for this cable and lace cowl.
