The Trencadís is a type of decoration that uses ceramic fragments, it is used mainly in Spain in the architecture of Guadí. The shapes and colors of this pattern remind us a lot of these ornaments.
Trencadís is a short-sleeve Tee worked from the top-down with circular needles.
Gradual increases are made in the yoke up to the sleeves that will be put on hold onto holder or scrap yarn and then resumed later.
This way there will be no seams.
The yoke is made up of a single chart that contains the increases. This pattern features stranded knitting technique and lace stitch.
We used two melange yarns that, when worked in stranded knitting, create very original textures, the designs almost “fade” and the result is very particular and pleasant.
Trencadìs comes in 11 sizes (from 81 to 173 cm 31.8 to 68.1 “ bust circumference). The size guide and the table on PDF will help you choose the fit you prefer.

Il Trencadìs è un tipo di decorazione che utilizza frammenti di ceramica, è usata sopratutto in Spagna nelle architetture di Guadí. Le forme e i colori di questo pattern ci ricordano molto questi ornamenti.
Trencadìs è un top/maglietta a maniche corte lavorato dall’alto verso il basso con i ferri circolari.
Si eseguono degli aumenti graduali nello sprone fino ad arrivare alle maniche che verranno messe in sospeso su un filo per poi essere riprese successivamente. In questo modo non ci saranno cuciture.
Nello sprone si segue un’unico schema contenete gli aumenti. Questo modello è lavorato con tecnica jacquard alternato a punti traforati.
Abbiamo utilizzato due filati melange che lavorati a jacquard creano delle originalissime texture, i disegni quasi si “sfumano” e il risultato è molto particolare e gradevole.
Nel pattern sono disponibili 11 taglie (da 81 a 173 cm di circonferenza busto), la guida alle taglie e la tabella nel PDF ti aiuteranno a scegliere la vestibilitá che preferisci.
