A modern braided pattern with herringbone single crochet!

Herringbone single crochet is the basis for this modern crocheted pillow. Each side of this pillow is worked up as a single piece, working back and forth between the different stripes, to create the braided effect.

The front and back of this pillow follow the same pattern. Any colour combination is going to be stunning with this unique design! The two sides come together with a crab stitched border. This pattern also includes instructions if you wish to incorporate a zipper into one of the edges so you can easily remove the pillow form.

This pattern is designed to fit a standard 16” square pillow form or you may use stuffing.

• Colour 1: 215yds / 196m worsted weight yarn
• Colour 2: 215yds / 196m worsted weight yarn
• Colour 3: 215yds / 196m worsted weight yarn
• Border: 35yds / 32m worsted weight yarn

• 3-4mm (optional, for crab stitch border)
