Triana Cardigan is my design for Sevilla’s Knitting Festival 2023 and a collaboration with Pascuali Filati Naturali.

Triana Cardigan is a fresh cardigan, ideal for spring and summer!

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5)(6, 7, 8, 9, 10).

Finished Measurements: 107 (120, 133, 147, 160)(173,187, 200, 213, 227) cm - 42 (47.25, 52.5, 57.75, 63)(68.25, 73.5, 78.75, 84, 89.25)″ finished chest circumference; meant to be worn with 22-44 cm /8.5-17.25″ positive ease. Model has a size 91 cm in chest and wears a size 3 (133 cm-52.5″) that has 42 cm/16.5″ positive ease.

Yarn: Pascuali filati naturali, Puno Winikunka (Fingering Weight, 70% Cotton, 30% Alpaca Wool; 200 m/50 g): Color 64.
Skeins needed: 3 (3, 3, 4, 4)(4, 5, 5, 5, 6)

Yardage: 120 (135, 150, 165, 180)(195, 210, 225, 240, 255) g / 480 (540, 600, 660, 720)(780, 840, 900, 960, 1020) m 523 (589, 654, 719, 785)(851, 915, 981, 1047, 1112) yds

Needles: 3.5 mm / US 4 needles with a cable length of at least 80 cm / 32” for the ribbing of the waist and 4 mm / US 6 needles with a cable length of at least 80 cm / 32” for the body (or needle size to obtain gauge)

Notions: Yarn Needle, Stitch Markers, Scrap Yarn or Stitch Holder, Blocking Pins

Gauge: 18 sts and 28 rows = 10 cm/4″ over the Lacy Stitch Pattern, knit flat with bigger needles, after blocking.

Special Stitches & Techniques with Videos: German Twisted Cast on, Kitchener Bind off method.
