Raid your stash to make this super cute triangle bunting.

This stash buster crochet project comprises of several triangles which are crocheted separately and then stitched along the top and joined together. I’ve gone for a 7 triangle bunting here in 4 different colours, but you can mix and match and make it as long or as short as you wish!

Great for brightening up any room such as an office, classroom or children’s bedroom and perfect for birthday parties, outdoor bbqs, or as a prop for photo shoots. It also makes a thoughtful baby shower gift for the new arrivals nursery.

SIZE:
Each triangle measures at H: 6.5in (16.5cm) W: 4.5in (12cm)

A 7 triangle bunting measures at 40.5in (103cm) long from outer triangle edges.

GAUGE:
17 sts x 13 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4“ using 4mm crochet hook in half treble crochet

YARN:
You can use any cotton yarn you wish to crochet this pattern provided you can meet the gauge. The samples in the photos are worked using Drops Paris Cotton Aran (1 50g ball = 75m (82yd)). I used Shades: 17: Off White, 23: Light Grey, 25: Moss Green and 60: Dark Old Pink.

Approximate yardage for a full 7 triangle bunting is 129m (142yd)
1 triangle = 15m (16.5yd)
