Knitting Needles - Size 19 [15 mm] for binding off
Crochet Hook - Size K-10.5 (6.5 mm) to attach fringe

Worked in A in garter stitch from the tip up.

Cut 20-inch long strands of A and B for fringe. Use crochet hook to attach fringe to bottom edge to finish.
