Starting at the back of the neck with very few stitches, the triangle shape of this shawl is achieved through rhythmic increases. Cable and fringe are knitted on as one piece around the bottom once the body of your triangle shawl is complete. The shawl can then double as a poncho by adding 3 to 5 buttons spaced on the front, using the yarn over increases as button holes.
