Triangles
Cowl with 4 triangles joined by a “body”, worked in chevron pattern, and with I-cord edges.
A funny and quite varying piece to work.
For the “body” I have chosen a speckled yarn with lots of small dots in many different colours. The triangles worked in a colour that matches the specks.
Construction:
The triangles are worked in rows and joined by the “body” worked in the round.
Finished measurements:
circumference 68 cm
length 54 cm
Yarn:
The sample was knit using Madeline Tosh Merino Light (384 m/100 g), 1 skein in colour A (Venetian) and 1 skein in colour B (Horoscope).
Gauge:
24 sts and 34 rounds = 10 cm in stocking stich.
Needle size:
3.5 mm circular 60 cm.
