Trickle is a richly textured, large and cozy shawl. The elongated asymmetrical triangle shape allows for effortless wearing ease and maximal wrapping pleasure. The focal point of Trickle is the striking stitch pattern, which reminds me of the beautiful and intricate decorations found in art deco architecture. The diamond shapes seem to trickle down the shawl, getting denser as you approach the right edge of your shawl, which is finished a simple but elegant border.

CONSTRUCTION
Trickle is worked from tip to edge, then finished with a border that is worked perpendicular to the body of the shawl. Increases are worked on one side of the shawl. To achieve the asymmetrical, elongated triangle shape these increases are worked at different rates
in every section.

Finished measurements: 175 cm / 69” along the left edge, 91 cm / 35.5“along the right edge and 198 cm / 78” wingspan.

Trickleは尖った先端から端に向かって編み進め, ショールのボディに垂直に編み付けていくボーダーで終える. 増目はショールの片側のみで行う. 引き伸ばした際に三角形を左右非対称にするため, 各セクションの増目は異なる割合で行われている.
