Trill
Description
A trill is a musical element, used to add expression to a long note. When held by a woodwind instrument, the musician quickly changes between two notes repeatedly. The faux cable running down these socks represents the long note being enhanced by a steady trill.
Materials
US 1 / 2.25 mm needles (or size needed for gauge)
Fingering weight yarn (approx. 300 yards)
Scissors
Yarn needle (to weave in ends)
Gauge: 16 stitches and 23 rounds in 2 inches
