The Trinity Prayer Shawl was created when my parents church, Trinity Presbyterian, was in need of more prayer shawls for their ministry. Instead of creating something too plain, the Trinity Prayer shawl keeps things interesting with two different textures and a fun colored yarn.

The Trinity Prayer Shawl alternates between two stitch patterns: 4 stitch ribbing and open check stitch, plus tassles added to the ends. Using a super bulky yarn and size 11 needles, this project knits up very fast! It can easily be adapted into a blanket size by casting on more stitches.
