Pattern includes instructions for using any weight yarn from Lace (#0) to Heavy Worsted/Aran (#4). I just don’t recommend using anything heavier. But Lace, Fingering, Sport, DK/Light Worsted, Worsted, Heavy Worsted/Aran - all work and all look great!
