Trinket-Basket in Macrame Crochet
This pattern is
available for free.
The sketch given above represents a small basket for the toilet-table to hold any ornaments which are laid aside for the time. By substituting “tub-handles” at the sides for the handle over the top and filling the centre with a prettily-made cushion stuffed with clippings of worsted, &c, it may be transformed into a pin cushion. The foundation consists of a round cardboard box about 5in. in diameter and 1½in. high. The lining is of quilted satin and the outside is covered with sateen. One ball of macramé thread is required and a No. 12 crochet needle.
