Trio
When I was knitting these socks, this funny song from the Eightees was in my mind: Da, da, da. Do you remember? The name of the band was Trio, and that’s the name of this pattern.
Chorus: da, da, da :-)
Trio is a pattern for socks in 3 colors. You can work with your yarn scraps and play with colors. Feel free to integrate each heel and toe technique. In the pattern, instructions for a heel flap and classic toes are given.
Size: S, M, L, XL
Gauge: 34sts / 42rnds = 4“/10cm in stst with needle size US 1 ½ /2.5mm.
Yarn: Sock yarn in 3 colors. You can knit with leftovers.
In S and EUR 40 you need: C1: 25g, C2 10g, C3 10g
Other sizes and foot lengths only a few grams more or less.
Needles and tools: dpns size US1 (2.25mm) and 1 ½ (2.5mm) or long circular needles same sizes, tapestry needle, scissors.
